Twenty-eight new condos rising on Health Hill

Kegle Construction Company is developing Park Row Condominiums
on Health Hill. The four-story Park Row building will be the
largest residential
component of the six acre Mid Towne Village project. Other buildings
in the mixed use development will include medical, retail, and
office spaces.
The condominium development is geared to attract professionals
working in downtown Grand Rapids and the medical facilities along
Michigan Avenue.
Kegel is purchasing the land from Mid Towne Village LLC. The
sale expected to close in June 2006.
