GRAND RAPIDS — Plans are moving forward with the Mid Towne Village project. The six-acre mixed use development received Grand Rapids City Commission approval in April and late last month S.J. Wisinski & Company assisted developer Mid Towne Village LLC in completing the acquisition of the 42 properties needed for the project to proceed.
