Introduction

Mid Towne Village is a mixed use urban redevelopment project located in the heart of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Mid Towne Village is designed to provide a unique setting that contains a walkable community of residential, retail and office properties.

A 15,000 square foot park called The Village Green will be the centerpiece of the community, creating a campus-type setting complete with benches, a reflecting pond and a fountain.

Mid Towne Village is unprecedented in the City of Grand Rapids as it is the first project approved under the new Planned Redevelopment District (PRD) zoning law passed in the fall of 2003.
